Guest Room Reservation Information

To secure your room reservation, please call Marriott reservations at 888-538-9459 or 800-228-9290 and ask for the PMA 2009 Annual Meeting room block to receive the SPECIAL rate of $255, plus 11 percent resort room tax, and $24 optional daily resort fee. The optional resort fee includes self-parking, high-speed Internet access, local calls, evening refresh, bottled water (2), use of spa fitness center, and The Greens – 18-hole putting green course, lawn games and golf bag storage at resort.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Reservation Cutoff Date

The reservation cutoff date is Tuesday, September 22 for guest-room accommodations at the guaranteed group rate. Any group reservations received after the reservation cutoff date will be handled on a space available basis. If possible, the group rate will be honored.

Deposit/Cancellation

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. These deposits are refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

The Palm Springs Airport (PSP) is located approximately 25 minutes away, about 12 miles from the resort.  Cab fare to the resort is approximately $45 each way.

The Ontario International Airport (ONT) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away, about 72 miles.

The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 2 hours away, about 126 miles.
