Guest Room Reservation Information
To secure your room reservation, please call reservations at 888-261-6165 and ask for the NTMA Fall Conference or PMA Annual Meeting room block to receive the SPECIAL rate of $189, plus 7 percent state tax and 3 percent occupancy tax. The special room rate includes local and toll-free access, unlimited high-speed Internet access, unlimited on-property shuttle transportation, self parking, unlimited use of health and fitness center, 1 bucket of range balls, in-room coffee and 24/7 public safety.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Valet parking is available at the Amelia Plantation Inn at $15 per vehicle, per night. Complimentary self-parking also is available to Resort guests.
Reservation Cutoff Date
The reservation cutoff date is Monday, September 13, 2010, for guest room accommodations at the guaranteed group rate. Any group reservations received after the reservation cutoff date will be handled on a space available basis. If possible, the group rate will be honored.
Deposit/Cancellation
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. This deposit may be made by credit card or check and will be applied to first and last night of stay. Deposits will not be refunded unless reservation is cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival.
All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Getting to the Amelia Island Plantation
The Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is located approximately 29 miles away. Cab fare to the resort is ranges from $47 to $90 each way.
The Amelia Island Plantation also provides shuttle service to and from JAX. Please call 888-261-6165 and press seven (7) to schedule your transfer. Be sure to mention the NTMA-PMA meeting to receive the following discounted rates:
- $26.60 individual, one way
- $53.20 individual, roundtrip
Amelia Island Plantation airport shuttle service picks up at the top of the hour with advance reservations. Individuals also may opt for meet-flight service for $50 per person, each way (inclusive of tax and service charge).
Private and corporate aircraft charters also can fly directly to Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport, four miles north of the Resort.
