District Director Committee

To increase the effectiveness of PMA's Districts.

To encourage communication between the PMA Board and Districts through the District Directors and to provide feedback from the Districts to PMA's Board and Staff.
To support the development of high-quality District Programming.
To encourage development of District Leadership; and
To encourage participation in PMA's Districts by all levels (e.g. top management, technical, supervisory) of metalforming companies and their suppliers.
