Program Ideas - Production and Manufacturing  Level

OSHA Implementation- This program would be designed to explore the most effective and safest ways in which OSHA regulations can be implemented in the workplace.

Safety in the Workplace- Taking precautionary measures to reduce the risk of harm and injury in the workplace is a must and this program would assist employees in developing steps they can take to make their workplace a safer one.

Technology- Technology integration into the workplace is a must today with the growing prevalence of E-commerce and online communication. This workshop would be an excellent forum in which the history and future of technology is explored as well as a discussion of methods by which technology can be introduced into the workplace.

ISO/QS Implementation- ISO/QS are a series of internationally accepted standards that ensure a quality management system in your workplace. This overview of ISO/QS will introduce attendees to the components of ISO/QS that control and optimize quality and will discuss the steps through which a company must go through to obtain registration.

Working in Teams- Working in teams in the workplace has proven to be an effective manner by which to attain ultimate productivity and efficiency. Teams and the division of employees into functional areas allow the enhancement of ideas and the mixture of specialties and talents into various areas of work. This program is intended to explore the importance and benefits of working in teams and will provide measures by which the success of teams can be monitored.
