A new tool designed especially for the metalworking industry is winning awards!
And now available in Spanish!
The Metalworking Skills Assessment created by Jane Addams Resource Corporation, Chicago, Illinois and published by PMA has been selected as the "Local Best Practices" Award winner by the Illinois State Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The test will now go on to the regional and national competitions for judging.
This unique instrument is designed to evaluate the skills of workers with limited manufacturing experience who are seeking employment and/or training in the metalworking industry. Its unique modular form of scoring allows the user to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each test taker and develop individualized training plans by subject area. The 45 minute timed test has 56 questions in a multiple-choice format and is designed for easy on-site administration and grading.
To order a test package consisting of ten copies of Test A and ten copies of Test B, an administration guide and an answer template,
