Card Check

Webinar Duration: 75 Minutes

Opponents of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA or card check) received a boost when Senator Arlen Specter announced this spring that he would not vote to cut off Senate debate on card check, helping to avoid a vote on the Senate floor.  But there is still a long battle ahead, including misguided amendments—some offered by business—that may hurt efforts to defeat card check!

Learn about the developments in the battle to defeat card check and other legislation being pushed by Big Labor that, if enacted, would drastically impact your company.  It is critical that you, your key managers and employees know the facts about the burdensome legislative agenda that Big Labor is trying to ram through the 111th Congress.

The webinar will cover EFCA in detail, including possible harmful amendments to the legislation, and review steps your company can take to lawfully educate employees about card check.
